Bio

Hello,

My name is Cheri Childs Cox and I am beginning my 16^th year teaching. I graduated from Auburn University in 1996 with a BS in Animal and Dairy Science. After working in my field for several years, I decided that Education was my true passion. I went back to Troy University, Dothan and received my BS in Comprehensive Science Education.

My Husband Richie and I have a 10 year old son, Brady. We enjoy spending our spare time with family and friends. You can find us on the water most weekends and shouting “War Eagle” on college football Saturdays!!

Currently, I teach Chemistry, Physics and Physical Science. I am a Junior Class Sponsor and LOVE Geneva! I am level 3 trained in Chemistry Science in Motion, where I have access to all Science in Motion Labs. I am currently working on my level 2 training in Physics.
